Cancellation & refunds.

The short version

• The Digital Income Blueprint is a digital download: £17, paid once.
• Before you pay, you must tick a box asking for the download straight away. It is never ticked for you.
• Your 14-day right to cancel ends when you start downloading only if you gave prior express consent and acknowledged that loss, and we provided the required confirmation.
• If the ebook is faulty or not as described, you still get a fix, replacement or refund.

Your 14-day right to cancel

UK law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) usually gives you 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, this right ends once supply begins — for this ebook, when you start downloading it — but only if:

1. you clearly asked for immediate access before paying, and
2. you acknowledged that you will lose your right to cancel, and
3. we provided confirmation of that consent and acknowledgement in your order email, which you can keep.

We ask for both with one unticked checkbox before Stripe checkout opens. We keep a record of your consent with your order, and we confirm it in your order email.

If you have not started the download, you can still cancel within 14 days of buying. Email us and we will refund you in full.

Faulty or not as described

Losing the right to cancel does not remove your other legal rights. If the file won't open, is incomplete, or isn't what we described, tell us. We'll replace it or fix the problem. If we can't, we'll refund you.

How refunds are paid

For a valid cancellation, we refund you without undue delay and within 14 days of being told that you wish to cancel. Other refunds are made within any applicable statutory deadline. Refunds use the original payment method through Stripe unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee.
