Effective 20 October 2026. Sign-up and checkout are currently switched off. We do not collect guide registrations or orders through those disabled controls, but necessary hosting and access processing may still occur when you visit.

What we collect and why

Website hosting and security: our host may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages and access times to deliver the website, maintain access logs and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interests in running a secure, reliable website. This is separate from optional marketing and is not advertising tracking.

Free guide (when it opens): your email address, the date you asked, and where you signed up. We use it to email you the guide. Legal basis: taking the steps you asked for.

Marketing emails: only if you tick a separate box, which is never ticked for you. We record your choice and when you made it. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Ebook purchase (when it opens): your email address, the Stripe order reference, the amount, your consent to immediate download, and whether we sent your link. Legal basis: carrying out the contract, and keeping records the law requires.

Payments: Stripe processes your card. We never see or store your card details.

Prompt Builder and glossary search: these run in your browser. What you type is not sent to us.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the site: our website and database host (Lovable Cloud), Stripe for payments, Resend for sending emails, and Google Fonts for the site's typefaces (your browser connects to Google to load them). Some of these may process data outside the UK under recognised legal safeguards. We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

Necessary hosting and security records may be retained by our host for operational and security purposes under its retention practices. We have not confirmed a specific hosting-log retention period.

Free-guide sign-ups: until you ask us to delete them, or for up to 2 years without contact. Purchase records: 6 years, for tax and accounting. Marketing consent: until you unsubscribe, plus a record that you did.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time. Email millionairesmoneyfocus@gmail.com. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. Stripe's checkout pages may use their own cookies, which they need to process payments safely.
